Avoid broad recorded statements and quick releases before understanding your rights. Stay reachable, and tell your legal team when anything changes.

LOAR follows a four-step process on every case: Listen (your story, your urgent issues), Preserve (evidence, records, witness accounts — before they disappear), Develop (liability, medical proof, damages, insurance analysis), and Resolve or Try (pursue fair resolution, fully prepared for trial when needed).
