Born and raised in Southeast Texas, Jaclyn’s commitment to advocacy is deeply personal. Before practicing law, she spent more than a decade in healthcare information technology for a large hospital system and Accountable Care Network—experience that gives her a distinctive command of medical records, treatment timelines, and how providers, hospital systems, and insurers interact.

Today she uses that knowledge on behalf of clients at LOAR, helping people navigate difficult moments with clarity, preparation, and care. Practicing across Dallas, North Texas, and Port Arthur, Jaclyn focuses on serious crash and automotive cases and builds strong relationships within the local legal community.

Outside the office, Jaclyn enjoys traveling, chasing after her young son, caring for her chihuahua, and exploring her passion for personal finance.

Jaclyn’s passion for advocacy was shaped by the tragic loss of her father due to hospital negligence—a life-changing experience that gave her a firsthand understanding of how devastating negligence can be for the families left behind, and inspired her to dedicate her career to holding negligent parties accountable.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin, later completing a Health Information Technology and Health Information Exchange Specialist Certification through UT Austin. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law—preparing for a legal career rooted in service, advocacy, and accountability.

Before law school, Jaclyn worked for more than a decade in healthcare information technology—spanning project management, population health, clinical systems, business analysis, software training, and health information exchange—giving her a deep understanding of how medical systems operate and how patient information is documented.

After earning her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law, Jaclyn began practicing personal injury law exclusively—representing people injured in serious accidents and families pursuing wrongful death claims. She uses her command of medical records, provider communication, and documentation to strengthen the cases at the center of personal injury litigation.
