LOAR finances the development of serious cases.
LOAR has the resources and willingness to finance the development of serious cases. Referring counsel and the client are not required to fund the approved investigation, expert analysis, or litigation expenses as the matter progresses. LOAR advances those expenses and bears the risk if no recovery is obtained. If a recovery is obtained, LOAR’s attorney fee is calculated first and the advanced case expenses are then reimbursed from the proceeds under the client’s written agreement. Medical bills and other personal obligations remain separate. Any referral-fee arrangement complies with the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
