What SOAR Skills Is

SOAR Skills is one of two scholarship tracks offered through SOAR Texas, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and supporting students who are driven, resilient, and ready to build meaningful futures.

Starting in 2026, LOAR PLLC is investing $100,000 annually through SOAR Skills to support students of all genders pursuing skilled trades, technical training, certifications, apprenticeships, and applied career pathways.
