The Summer Celebration exists to honor the outstanding recipients of the SOAR Scholarship — women and emerging professionals whose drive, resilience, and ambition inspire all of us.
The gathering honored the 2026–2027 cohort. LOAR PLLC is proud to invest $200,000 annually in college and skilled trades scholars who are the next generation of Texas leaders.
