SOAR Scholarship Foundation

Meet the 2026 SOAR Scholars

SOAR was built on a simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. We’ve seen it firsthand—students balancing work and school, first-generation learners forging new paths, and individuals told success only comes one way. SOAR exists to change that by opening doors for those with the drive to walk through them.

The future of work demands a broader view of success. That’s why SOAR invests equally in two powerful paths: college education and skilled trades. Both create leaders. Both strengthen communities. Both deserve support.

This year’s scholars reflect that belief—a group pursuing different paths, united by ambition, resilience, and a commitment to make a lasting impact.

— Amber Russell, Founder of LOAR and SOAR
